On our resort of no less than 2.5 hectares, 80 sustainable and luxurious chaletsare being built . The homes will be located, on private land, on spacious plots of 200 m² - 400 m². This means that you have full control over your property and its use. If you choose to invest, you have the choice of using the vacation home yourself or (partially) renting it out. In fact, with full rental you will receive an interesting return of up to 7% net on an annual basis! In addition, our vacation bungalows built with sustainable materials and equipped with energy efficient equipment, resulting in low energy consumption and low costs for you as an owner.
