The buying process
1. Collection of information
Do you have a recreational property or locations in mind where you see an investment? Then ask for the information you need to make an informed choice. In our digital brochure you can view all the information and read it again later.
2. Viewing vacation homes
After reading the brochure you already have some more information, we would like to invite you for a personal appointment. This will allow us to identify your wishes and needs and see which options are best for you. During your visit, you can directly view the various model homes.
3. Making your choice
Which vacation home best suits my needs, what extras would I like, what type of use will I choose and what will the financial picture look like. When you have all the information you need to make a choice.
4. Signing the purchase contract
When all the terms are agreed, the contract can be signed. Together with our sales advisor we will go over the contract a little more, after which the signature can be made.
5. Commissioning
In consultation we will plan a date when the vacation home can be put into use. Once your vacation home is installed and fully ready, the investment in your vacation home can pay off!
